Symposium Events

Banquet

Enjoy great food and lots of fellowship at our catered banquet Saturday evening. The banquet is held at the Hampton Inn. It starts at 7 pm. The cost is $13.50 per person including tax and gratuity.

Dinner Menu

Soup: Wild Mushroom Bisque

Salad: Organic greens with Tomatoes, Red Onions, Parmesan Cheese and a choice of: Balsamic Vinaigrette or Caesar Dressing.

Entrees/Sides: Grilled Flat Iron Steak
Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast
both accompanied with a Roasted Shallot, Red Wine and Broth Reduction
Vegetable Pasta with Sauteed Mushrooms, Spinach, Grape Tomatoes
and Artichokes with Olive Oil.

Roasted Potatoes, Sauteed Zucchini, Squash and Corn
Focaccia Bread

Dessert: Key Lime Pie or Chocolate Torte


IceBreaker

Meet your fellow rehabilitators at the IceBreaker Friday evening from 7 - 9pm. Refreshments are provided.


Annual General Meeting

Our annual general meeting follows the banquet Saturday night.

 

Refresher Course

The Refresher Course is being held on Friday afternoon from
2 - 6 in the conference room on the 2nd floor.
