Symposium Events

Banquet

Enjoy great food and lots of fellowship at our catered banquet Saturday evening. The banquet is held at the Hampton Inn. It starts at 7 pm. The cost is $13.50 per person including tax and gratuity.

Dinner Menu

Soup: Vegetable Minestrone

Salad: Organic greens with Tomatoes, Red Onions, Parmesan Cheese
and a choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette or Caesar Dressing.

Entrees/Sides: Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast
both accompanied with a Roasted Shallot, Red Wine and Broth Reduction
Alfredo Pasta with Tomatoes and Arugula 

Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Snow Peas and Corn
Focaccia Bread

Dessert: Miniature Assortment: Key Lime Pie or
Chocolate Pecan  & Creme Brulee


IceBreaker

Meet your fellow rehabilitators at the IceBreaker Friday evening from
7-9 pm in the Hampton Inn banquet room. Refreshments are provided.
