Fee: FREE for all non-profit organizations, wildlife rehabilitators, wildlife groups, and WRNC members.
Fee: $25.00 per table (same fee for one day or both days) for commercial (company/business) use.
Deadline for reservations is January 15, 2011.

The following rules and regulations shall constitute part of this
contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide and conform thereto:
1. Each exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for
losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment, or
other property brought upon the premises of the Centennial Campus Wildlife Education Center and agrees
to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wildlife Rehabilitators of North Carolina, the Education
Center, and its owners, agents, and employees against all claims or expenses for such losses, including
reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of the center premises, excluding any liability
caused by the negligence of WRNC or the College or its owners, agents, and employees.
2. The exhibitor understands that
neither WRNC nor the North Carolina College of Veterinary Medicine. maintains insurance covering the
exhibitor’s property or lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the
exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
3. Each exhibitor will be provided with a six (6’) foot table. Displays
must be contained to the table area assigned.
4. The exhibit area will be available for set up of exhibits on Saturday,
January 29, 2011 at 8:00 am. Your exhibit must be removed from the exhibit
area by 1:30 pm on Sunday, January 30, 2011.
5. Exhibitors must conform to the fire regulations of the City of
Raleigh and the regulations of the North Carolina College of Veterinary Medicine.
6. Moving exhibit items into and out of the center is the sole responsibility
of the exhibitor.
7. Anything not covered in this contract is subject to the decision of
the WRNC.
